Service Area: Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, Jefferson counties. (Voucher system with West Cap for patients who get their primary and HIV care in Denver)
Eligibility for Care: Follow Ryan White standards of care and serve patients throughout the Transitional Grant Area (TGA).
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Accessing Service: Referrals are accepted and patients are placed on a waiting list, all patients on the waiting list can be seen for emergency services

Services Provided: Prophylaxis, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, partials, dentures
Co-pays/fees: Follow the federal poverty level ranges based on Ryan White standards of care
