Improving Access to Oral Health Care for People Living with HIV

Program Purpose

The Community-Based Dental Partnership Program (CBDPP) is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The goal of the program is ot increase access to oral health services for people living with HIV, while providing education and training for dental providers. The Colorado CBDPP is a multi-partner collaboration between the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and community-based dental programs. 

What we Do

  • Maintain clinical education program for students and residents at partner sites.
  • Provide dental professionals and students with training in managing the oral health needs of people living with HIV.
  • Increase access to oral health care for people living with HIV.
